One clear route for jobseekers and employers
After 25 years of growth and an acquisition, Wiertz brought its stories, audiences and content management together in one clear website.

The client
Wiertz is a recruitment and staffing company based in Limburg. After 25 years of growth and the acquisition of Pooter Personeelsdiensten, the company wanted to reorganise its online story around one belief: Everyone deserves a job.
The challenge
The website had grown alongside the business and become a collection of systems, pages and messages. Jobseekers needed a fast route to relevant vacancies. Employers needed services and a direct point of contact. The marketing team needed a CMS it could manage itself.
The solution
We chose HubSpot CMS and built the front end in React. Wiertz can build pages from reusable modules for text, images, video and banners. The team manages its own content and can adapt pages for jobseekers or employers.
Two audiences, one structure
The information architecture begins with a choice between finding work and finding people. Jobseekers move quickly to vacancies and practical information. Employers find services, sectors and contact options without searching through candidate content first.

A calm, recognisable design
Generous white space keeps the pages clear. Orange accents mark important actions and connect the experience to the Wiertz brand. The same structure works across desktop and mobile, so both audiences recognise their route.

Navigation that can grow
The main navigation covers Jobseekers, Employers, About Wiertz and Contact. New services and pages fit within this structure. Wiertz does not need to rebuild its navigation as the service expands.
